Dr. Whipps is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology. He has a life long interest in psychology. He has seen so many clients and their family suffer with depression, anxiety, PTSD and other conditions that have not responded well to usual measures. He has been excited to see ketamine emerge as a safe and effective tool to help these folks. He has trained extensively in the use of ketamine with Ketamine Psychotherapy Associates and is excited to be able to offer it to people in the Baltimore area.
